Our Mission
mission statement
The philosophy of the Pippins homecare is that individuals have the right to live their lives to the fullest of their capabilities and that care should be centered on patients/consumers. There is a continuing effort to provide each of our patients/consumers with an opportunity to attain or maintain their highest practical, physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being

OUR LEADERSHIP
PIPPINS FOUNDER
Fatu Fletcher earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration and a Masters of Science degree in Human Resource Management. She is also licensed as a Personal Care Administrator. Ms. Fletcher has about 24 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has worked in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, specifically, long-term care, rehabilitation, personal care, and homecare. She served in various capacities; business office manager, payroll/staffing manager, admissions director, and human resources director. Her passion for people goes beyond just working with them. She has come to realize that she has a caring nature; the ability to understand and share the feelings of another person, a deep awareness of others and the desire to help. All of these traits shift her desire to opening up her own homecare business where she can make an impact on the elderly population.
OUR POLICY
PIPPINS ANTI-DISCRIMATION policy
Pippins Homecare is committed to a business and work environment in which individuals are treated with respect and dignity. Pippins Homecare service antidiscrimination policy outlines its commitment to not discriminate against individuals based on protected characteries like race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information. Everyone has the right to transact business and work in a professional atmosphere that promotes equal opportunities and prohibits unlawful discriminatory practices and harassment.
Consumers and staff may file complaints of discrimination with the Office of Equal Opportunity, Pennsylvania Department of Health, and/or the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.
